The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe Logo Competition

Design a logo for the T-shirts that will be worn by the cast and supporting cast in this year’s production of ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.’ The purpose of the T-shirts is to advertise the play in the weeks leading up to the production, create a ‘team’ identity and be a keepsake for cast members. The T-shirts will have the names of cast members on the back.

The logo will need to reflect some aspect of what the play is about so you will need to do some research into the story of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis. It needs to be clear, eye-catching and aesthetically pleasing

Your design will need to include:

• - an image that you have created (and, therefore, own the copyright for)
• - the name of the production
• - the name of the school

You might submit your ideas about how the T-shirt should look e.g. whereabouts the logo/school name should be on the front and back. (See T-shirt printing websites for ideas about options)

The finished T-shirts will be black and printed in just one colour so your final choices need to reflect this. This is due to financial restrictions and cannot be negotiated.

The competition winner will receive a prize, a copy of the T-shirt and their name will be credited on the finished T-shirt.
